General Terms and Conditions

By signing the residential agreement, you agree to adhere to its terms and conditions, which outline the rights and obligations of both the tenant and the lessor. 

To ensure a pleasant stay at our residential hall throughout your studies, please carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of the Residential Agreement (valid from 01.07.2023). 

Important Notice: Students will sign a fixed-term residential agreement that aligns with their official period of studies at the University of Tartu, as indicated in the university’s admissions notification. 

Compensation for expenses:

Valid from 06.09.2024.

The price of one hour of work costs by the student village in the elimination of damages caused in the student dormitories  (does not include the cost of materials)20 €/h
