RENT AND DEPOSIT MONEY

Effective date: Prices are valid from 01.07.2024. 

Rent fee:

• Twin room (single use):
  • Rent fee: 410 euros/month
  • Deposit: 820 euros
• Shared twin room (One place):
  • Rent fee: 263 euros/month
  • Deposit: 526euros

The rent fee includes utility costs and the use of the laundromat. Additional services included in the rent are listed below.

Deposit policy

• Final month’s rent: The deposit will cover the rent for the last month of the residential agreement. You will receive an invoice but no payment is required, as it will be covered by the deposit.
• Short-term agreements: If your agreement is for one month, the rent fees are covered by the deposit. 
• Deposit refund: The remaining deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 20 business days after the end date of the residential agreement. Deductions may be made for default interest, cleaning fees, rent and ancillary costs, and damages or lost property.
