All tenants must familiarize themselves with the general terms and conditions of the residential agreement and internal rules!
The internal rules are an integral part of the general terms and conditions of the residential agreement.
- By signing the contract, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set by the Tartu Student Village.
- If you breach these terms, the Tartu Student Village reserves the right to issue fines according to the valid price list, send warnings, or terminate the agreement unilaterally.
List of the most common rules
- IT IS PROHIBITED TO SMOKE, BURN CANDLES OR USE OPEN FIRE INSIDE THE STUDENT RESIDENCE. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO COVER SMOKE DETECTORS!
- THE QUIET HOURS LAST FROM 11 PM TO 7 AM. DURING THE QUIET HOURS IT IS PROHIBITED TO DO ANYTHING THAT MIGHT DISTURB THE RESIDENTS AND SURROUNDINGS THEREOF. YOU MUST NOTIFY QUIET HOURS DISTURBANCE BY CALLING ON +372 742 4400
- YOU CAN HAVE VISITORS BETWEEN 7 AM TO 11 PM. YOU ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR GUESTS ACTIONS
- IT IS PROHIBITED TO CONSUME ALCOHOL AND DRUGS IN STUDENT RESIDENCE'S TERRITORY
- DO NOT LEAVE ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES SWITCHED ON WITHOUT SUPERVISION
- TENANTS MUST LOCK THEIR ROOM AND APARTMENT DOORS, WHEN THEY LEAVE THE APARTMENT
- TENANTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CAUSE ANY DAMAGE TO THE STUDENT VILLAGE PROPERTY
- ALTHOUGH WE HAVE A WEEKLY CLEANING SERVICE, THE TENANTS ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE TRASH OUT THEMSELVES AND CLEAN AFTER THEMSELVES
